The Coalition for Academic Freedom in the Americas just launched a new website:
- English: Coalition for Academic Freedom in the Americas (CAFA)
- Spanish: Coalición por la Libertad Académica en las Américas (CLAA)
The Coalition is a network of universities, scholars, students and activists, working to protect academic freedom and respond to threats to higher education throughout the Americas. This is an initiative jointly led by our Centre, the Universidad de Monterrey and the Scholars at Risk Network.
The website features information about advocacy actions, upcoming events and cases affecting academic freedom in the region. The site also contains resources, publications and country reports. Visitors can learn about ways to contribute to the collective work and follow the Coalition on Twitter (@CAFACLAA).
