A renowned academic on the legal dimensions of artificial intelligence, Dr. Céline Castets-Renard has been awarded a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in International and Comparative Law of Artificial Intelligence.

Ronan Pons successfully defended his PhD in Law dissertation titled “La preuve en droit des systèmes d’intelligence artificielle”.

The European Commission has appointed Dr. Céline Castets-Renard as Vice-Chair (Copyright) of the Working Group on transparency and copyright-related rules to lead the development of the European Union’s first General-Purpose AI Code of Practice.
