The University of Ottawa plays a vital role in shaping Canada’s public and scientific policies, and during CSPC, it will host a virtual booth to showcase its 12 research centres, institutes and hub, whose researchers focus on public policy-related issues. The University will present its newly launched Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue initiative: “Smart Changes for a Better World: Transforming AI, Water Governance, and Human Rights Policy”. This initiative explores three areas that align with uOttawa’s new, interconnected Strategic Areas of Research, a testament to its commitment to cultivating innovative, cross-disciplinary, and collaborative approaches to drive research into the future.
