Sylvain Charbonneau: It's a 350,000 square feet facility. The cornerstone of this facility is what we call the Health Innovation Hub. Part of that innovation hub will include the startup facilitation, incubation, accelerations for all our clinical research as well as fundamental research here at the University, as well as our partners at large in Ottawa, including our six affiliated Research Institutes. It will tackle the unmet need in the region.
The primary purpose of the Advanced Medical Research center is to bring the entire ecosystem under one roof, the fundamental research, which is the driver of it all.
The clinical research, translational research, which would lead to innovation and eventually commercialization, to bring therapeutics to market.
