The International Progressive MS Alliance recently announced over 2.6 million euros in new funding to accelerate the development of new treatments for progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). This funding included nine Innovation in Well-Being Awards which will launch the Progressive MS Alliance’s well-being research pipeline. Dr. Lara Pilutti (principal investigator) and Dr. Lisa Walker (co-investigator) received one of the nine awards for their project “Novel pairing of brain priming and rehabilitation to restore motor and cognitive abilities in progressive multiple sclerosis.” Read the full article from the International Progressive MS Alliance by clicking here.
