First of all, congratulations! However, before you head out into the world, here are a few things you need to know.

Changes to account access

When you graduate and leave the University, your access to certain services will be updated to reflect your new status as an alum (based on Microsoft 365 eligibility):

•    Your email account will transition to an alumni account that you can access from anywhere using Outlook on the web. This account has up to 5 GB of storage. Storage must be below 5 GB to send and receive emails.

•    OneDrive access ends. It’s recommended that you download any important files from your OneDrive before your graduation day (back up your OneDrive data).

•    Access to all remaining Microsoft 365 applications changes. Free Microsoft 365 web access is available for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
