Poster National Indigenous History Month
June is National Indigenous History month. We honour the heritage, cultures, contributions, and resilience of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

In recognition of the ongoing injustices faced by Indigenous peoples, this collection serves as a platform to challenge colonial narratives and promote reconciliation. Through a diverse range of resources, we confront the legacy of settler colonialism and strive to centre Indigenous perspectives, knowledge systems, and experiences. We invite you to engage critically, reflect deeply, and actively participate in the ongoing journey towards equity, justice, and healing for Indigenous communities.

Discover the selection of printed and online books from our display at Morisset Library, which will be available throughout June.
