Gabriel Poliquin is a civil litigation lawyer at the firm Olthuis van Ert. Poliquin joined Olthuis van Ert after a decade in practice with a large national law firm and an Ottawa litigation boutique.

His practice focusses on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation but with a particular focus on public law including proceedings against the Crown. He is a trained mediator and offers alternative dispute resolution services in civil and commercial matters in addition to performing workplace investigations.

Poliquin has lectured at the University of Ottawa, since 2018, on private international law in the French common law and bijural programs.
