With a new academic year, professors, like students and staff, experience a mix of excitement and anticipation. It’s an opportunity to share their knowledge, engage with eager minds and contribute to the vibrant academic community.

Since 1999, the University of Ottawa and the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) have made this campus-based week of math possible for some 1200 participants from Ontario and Quebec. This year, the forty-eight Grade 10 students who attended uOttawa’s math camp, the only bilingual experience among all CMS math camps held across Canada this summer, found the camp inspiring and informative.
