Physical Geography

This program will allow students to study the interaction between human and nature, see how the interaction modifies our landscape, our region, our planet and our environment. They will understand climate changes and resource management and develop their skills in geomorphology, geology, physical geography and human geography. Students will learn methods such as aerial photography, remote sensing, computer science, image treatment and geographic information systems (GIS). With this diploma, students will have the possibility to gain a professional certification of Environmental Geoscience from the Association of Geoscientists of Ontario.
