I received training at uOttawa for Black knife ghost fish. Training was provided March of 2023.
I worked for Dr. John Lewis from September 2022 to June 2023. I worked with Black knife ghost fish during this time. My research involved designing a automatic fish feeder specifically for these fish. I tested the model on a few fish. I did not euthanize any of the fish.

During my first postdoctorate I maintained the colony, brain extractions and perfusions (Pups and adults), anesthesia, surgeries, (as described on the prior protocol I was involved on).
I completed the Animal User Program of the University of Guelph. This included learning about the ethics, hazards and legislation of working with animals. I then went on to working with and caring for zebrafish in a laboratory setting for approximately a year.
